By accessing or using mcflooringandtile.com (the "Site") or requesting services from MC Flooring & Tile LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to the following terms.
Use of the site
Content on this Site — including photos of completed projects, copy, and branding — is owned by MC Flooring & Tile LLC and provided for informational purposes. You may not republish, resell, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Estimates
Free in-home estimates are non-binding until both parties sign a written agreement. Estimates are based on visible site conditions; unforeseen issues (rotted subfloor, hidden damage, code corrections) may require a written change order before work continues.
Installation & warranty
All installation work is covered by our written installation warranty provided at the time of the signed agreement. Manufacturer product warranties apply to materials per each manufacturer's terms. Damage caused by improper maintenance, water events, structural movement, or third-party work is not covered.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your signed agreement. Past-due balances may accrue late fees as permitted by Missouri law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
