Worn hardwood
If the boards are solid and there's enough wood left, sanding and refinishing is usually the first thing to try.
Water-damaged or loose floors
These may need repair or replacement. We'll show you what we find at the estimate.
Failing bathroom tile
Cracked tile, hollow grout and leaks usually mean the tile and the waterproofing behind it need to come out. That's a retile, not a patch.
Basement floors
LVP is usually the smarter, fully waterproof choice below grade.
