What we do
Real wood,
installed right.
Hardwood is the floor buyers expect on the main living level, and it's the one floor you can sand and refinish again and again instead of replacing.
We install solid and engineered hardwood. Solid hardwood belongs above grade. For basements, engineered hardwood can work over a properly prepared slab, or LVP may be the smarter choice. We'll tell you which, honestly. Comparing the two? Read LVP vs hardwood.

FAQ
Hardwood
questions.
Solid or engineered hardwood: which should I choose?
Solid hardwood is a great choice above grade. Below grade or over a slab, solid isn't recommended. Engineered hardwood can work over a properly prepared, moisture-tested slab.
Can you install hardwood in a basement?
Solid hardwood is not recommended below grade. Engineered hardwood can work over a properly prepared, moisture-tested slab, but LVP is usually the smarter, fully waterproof choice.
Is hardwood better than LVP for resale?
On the main living level, real hardwood usually wins on resale. LVP is the expected choice in basements and rentals.
Do you refinish hardwood too?
Yes. We sand and refinish existing hardwood floors as well as install new ones.
