Tile is where we started. Before we were MC Flooring & Tile, this business was The Ceramic Tile Library, and tile, marble and natural stone are still the work we're best known for. We install them on floors, walls, showers, backsplashes and counters, for homes and light-commercial spaces.

MC Flooring & Tile is led by Michael "Mike" Marcus. Mike learned the craft under David Kincaid, founder of The Ceramic Tile Library, and later took over that same business. Today the team brings 75 years of combined experience.
Call the shop and you can reach Mike directly. Every job is backed by an installation warranty plus the manufacturer's product warranty, and we offer senior and veteran discounts.

Do you sell tile, or only install it?
Both. Pick tile at our Maryland Heights showroom and the same team installs it.
Do you install Schluter shower systems and heated floors?
Yes. We can build showers on Schluter systems and install heated tile floors. Ask about both at your free in-home estimate.
Can you fix tile another installer got wrong?
Often, yes. A lot of our work is fixing what other companies leave behind, like sloppy tile and hollow grout. We'll tell you honestly whether it can be repaired or needs to come up.
How much does tile installation cost?
It depends on the tile, the size of the area and what's underneath. We'll measure and give you a written quote at a free, no-pressure in-home estimate.
